Laser Cut Star

Laser cut wood is smooth, unfinished wood product that can be used in any project. We only use Baltic Birch Ply in our wood selection. This has a nice grain over MDF which is an inferior particle board. It can be painted, stained, cut, glued, and just about any other finishing idea.

The size listed is for the longest side of the cutout. If you are working on a special project with specific needs, feel free to message. We can modify our items as needed.

Need a size you do not see listed, just send us a message. We can cut up to 4x8 feet! We try to offer many standard sizes, however the larger sizes above certain sizes require special handling and preparation work. These are quoted on an as needed basis.

We offer our cutouts in many sizes and thickness.
1/8" is the standard cutout thickness. This works great on many sizes. However, sizes over 12" you might want to consider a thicker size.
1/4" This is a thicker wood.
3/8" -- Extra Thick
1/2" -- Super Thick wood.

Shipping: Please understand that we do not control shipping costs. While smaller items ship effectively larger items over 24-30" can become pricy. We do shop around for best pricing. However on larger custom items Size, Weight, & Distance play critical factors.

Need something special, please just ask. Being we design and cut all of our own items we can create almost anything you need.

Our laser cut wood craft is made to order. We typically complete orders within 1-2 business days. Most often, next day. Being laser cut wood, the edges will have a natural charring on the edges. This is normal part of the cutting process. Being that each order is custom cut, we cannot accept returns. If there is a defect in your order such as an incorrect item, we will correct.
